Can we integrate the login within our own website ?

Yes. We can work with your website developer's and provide a seamless
login to EnergySteward.com directly from your own website. This is
done by creating a custom
login frame page which is referenced by your site. With
this, you and your customers/partners can access EnergySteward.com
from your own website. Please note, there is a small nominal fee associated with
creating this custom login frame page.

There is no padlock on page I login from, is my login
secure ?

Yes. When you login to EnergySteward.com you enter your login,
password and company id in the login window. When you click the
'submit' button to login, the information is transferred in an encrypted
and secured manner (via SSL). The short answer to 'why' the
padlock does not show is because the only part of the EnergySteward.com
home pages which require encryption is the login credentials. Once
you have logged into EnergySteward.com then the padlock appears
for all items on all pages. |

What if I need additional and/or custom reports, is that possible ?

Yes.
We are continually adding to our catalog of reports within
EnergySteward.com. Most report requests can be
accommodated once made, even reports which are custom just to your
company. Please note, there is
a report creation fee for custom reports. We are able to post new and updated reports within
EnergySteward.com without the need to update the entire website.
This gives us a much more dynamic model for addressing reporting
requirements. |

Can we get all of our contract data in an electronic format if
needed ?

Yes.
We have a strict data privacy policy to protect our customers data.
However, we understand that the EnergySteward.com application is
a powerful 'tool' to help you manage your data. Therefore,
we accommodate these data requests, when made, by the methods and procedures defined in our subscription contract. Please note, there is a nominal charge
associated with this activity. |
