EnergySteward.com includes a powerful set of contract configuration
areas. These various contract configuration areas allow a
contract administrator an ability to custom design how they want their
company, contact and contract information recorded. The specific
configuration areas include:
- Company 'Group Types' (for categorizing your companies in
various groups).
- Company 'Cross References Types' (enables setting up various
company alias names).
- Contact 'Group Types' (for categorizing your contact individuals
in groups).
- Contact 'Responsibility Types' (for assigning responsibilities
to contacts, like gas scheduler, accountant, contract administrator,
etc).
- Contract 'Products'
('Gas', 'Oil', etc.).
- Contracts 'Services'
('Marketing', 'Pass through', etc.).
- Contract 'Options' (miscellaneous attributes about
contracts).
- Contract 'Status Codes' ('Active', 'Pending', 'Terminated',
etc.).
- Contract 'Provisions Types' ('Force Majeure', 'Low Volume
Assessment', etc.).
- Contract 'Amendment Types' ('Operator Change', 'Addition of
Meter/Well, etc.).
- Contract 'Activity/Action Types' (for contract alert/obligation
notifications).
- Contract 'Relationship Types' (party roles for contracts,
shipper/gatherer for transport contracts, etc.).
- Contract 'Group Types' (for categorizing your contracts in
groups).
- Contract 'Address Types' (for having various addresses on
contracts).
- Contract 'Correspondence Types' (for categorizing electronic
correspondence attached to contracts, like scanned contracts, etc.).
- Contract 'Types' ('Gathering', 'Transport', 'Storage',
'Purchase', 'Sale', etc.).
- Contract 'Product/Service Rules' (for defining rules on
contracts based on type, like decimal precision for volumes, etc.).
