All individuals that login to EnergySteward.com have the
capability to setup a 'personal' report schedule. Any of the reports (defined within
the system) can be setup with this personal scheduling tool. A
personal schedule has a single recipient (the person whom logged in and
setup the schedule). When
setting up a personal report schedule, the report, it's frequency and
its runtime parameters are defined. All features available thru
the 'global' scheduler are included within personal scheduling (with the
exception of distribution groups). The personal report scheduler
allows for each logged in individual to create customize report
schedules to assist them in their work. These personal schedule
reports can be emailed, etc. (just as the global schedule reports). The following
characterizes some of the options available within the EnergySteward.com
personal report scheduling:
- An unlimited number of report schedules can be setup.
- Any report within the system can be setup within the personal
report scheduler.
- Comprehensive list of available reporting frequencies (when the
report will run).
- Personal scheduled reports will auto distribute the reports via
email.
- Options exist to distribute reports via fax (note: this option
involves additional hardware/software costs, if required).
- Copies of distributed reports stored in the individual contact
'correspondence' folder.
