|
EnergySteward.com includes a powerful set of pricing
configuration areas. These various pricing configuration areas
allow a contract administrator an ability to custom design how they want
their price information (indices, baskets, components, etc.) recorded
for ultimate assignment within contract price/cost formulas. The specific
configuration areas include:
- Price Component 'Types' (for categorizing your contract price formula components into
types, used for custom queries/lookups and on reports).
- Price Component 'Status Codes' ('Active', 'Inactive, etc.).
- Price Index Publications ('Platts', 'Argus', etc.). These
are used when setting up individual price indices.
- Price Index 'Status Codes' ('Active', 'Inactive, etc.).
- Price Index 'Cross Reference Types' (enables setting up various alias names for
price indices). Primarily used for cross referencing
internal/external systems.
- Price Index Basket 'Status Codes' ('Active', 'Inactive, etc.).
All of these items above can be accessed from within the
EnergySteward.com 'Configuration...' area for pricing. Click on the thumbnail images
