Data Conversion Services
We offer data conversion services for those customers whom have contract related data stored in various other electronic formats within their company.  This can significantly decrease the time required for initial contract population.  We have extensive development experience with specific expertise in database conversion activities. We will work with your company to identify these data conversion sources and develop the necessary procedures to convert these to your contract repository within EnergySteward.com.  This service is available at initial startup AND throughout your subscription (to cover events such as acquisitions, etc.).  The charge for this service is based on a simple time and materials rate negotiated with EnergySteward.com.
Outsource Contract Administration
Contracts within your company may not be in any type of electronic form (i.e. original contract hardcopies only).  These contracts may currently be stored in filing cabinets and/or storage boxes.  In these situations, we offer a 'jump start' service where we supply a temporary contract administration staff for setting up your contracts within EnergySteward.com.  Our staff would then be responsible for the setup of your contracts within EnergySteward.com.  We have experienced oil and gas contract administrators available for this type of service.  In addition to the initial 'jump start' service, we are available to assist in other situations (like acquisitions, etc.). The charge for this service is based on a simple time and materials rate negotiated with EnergySteward.com.
System Integration Services

As has been described in the features and benefits section of this website, EnergySteward.com was built to support an extensive capability for integration with your existing systems (specifically, see the systems integration area).  We have extensive experience with various applications and technical architectures.  We can offer consulting and development services to support integrating and synchronizing EnergySteward.com to/from your other systems.  The charge for this service is based on a simple time and materials rate negotiated with EnergySteward.com.
